Biltmore Who's Who Selects Estelle Miller as an Honored Member of the Executive and Professional Registry

Miller, who has been working in her field since 1974, began her career working for a medical device manufacturer based in Jaffrey. She has since been working in the quality field ever since, for over thirty years.
As a Q.A. manager, Miller is responsible for five quality inspectors, implementing and managing the company's ISO 9001:2000 quality management system, training all employees for ISO, handles all corrective and prevention actions, nonconforming materials, customer complaints and returns, both internal and external audits, and all documentation.
With the help of training seminars and on-the-job training, as well as being mentored by many of her supervisors and managers, Miller has built a stable position for herself that allows her the ability to excel. "I love the quality field," she explained. "Every single day is different. Not many people like change but I thrive on it."
Hoping to further her career and education in her area of expertise, Miller is hopeful for a continued bright future with her company, where she was named Favorite Manger in 2009. In her spare time, Estelle is an active Multiple Sclerosis and breast Cancer advocate, and also enjoys boating, hunting, and fishing.
