Untersee, a licensed real estate agent in the state of Florida, has been practicing realty for the past four years, beginning in 2006 with Remax.
As an agent, Untersee's responsibilities vary from day to day. She sends properties for people to evaluate online, shows homes for those clients looking to purchase, either investment or personal, helps sellers stage and create homes that will be sellable to the public, and advises clients on the ever-changing market and how to adapt. "I like to think that I am a very helpful agent," she said. A native of Louiville, Kentucky, Untersee has lived in the Tampa Bay area for over thirty years and now calls Clearwater her home. As a single parent, her need to balance family and career became imperative. During her four-year stint, she has been in the Executive Club with Remax for the past three, with a goal to receive the next highest honor of being in the One Hundred Percent Club. She volunteers with the Homeless Emergency Shelter of Pinellas county, sponsors at least two families every holiday through her church where she also volunteers her time, and helps out at her children's school. She also partakes in fundraising and tournaments that benefit the shelter and contributes to the Children's Miracle Network after every successful sale. In her free time, Ellen enjoys spending time with her children, watching movies, going to the beach, and being outdoors.
