Phelps, a 1993 graduate of Business Management from Oral Roberts University, has been working in his field for over fourteen years, assisting individual clients, small business owners, and churches through educational seminars.

Using education as his number one tool, he is able to help his clients find suitable investment products and services that meet their financial goals. Dwain is a strong supporter of his local public schools, church organizations, and The Salvation Army. In his free time, he enjoys golf and working out.
