Biltmore Who's Who Selects Danial M. Lundberg As An Honored Member Of The Executive And Professional Registry

Lundberg, Associate Deputy Warden for the Department of Corrections, has been selected as an Honored Member of the Biltmore Who's Who Executive and Professional Registry. The selection recognizes Danial M. Lundberg's commitment to excellence in Corrections.
Lundberg, who holds a BS in Agriculture from Education and Management from the University of Wisconsin, followed by a BS in Theology from Bethel College, began working for the Arizona Department of Corrections in 1996. He started out as a cadet in the Correctional Officers Training Academy in Tucson and later became a corrections officer after graduating from the Arizona State Prison
Complex in Florence.
In his current role, Lundberg is responsible for the security and safety of the inmates housed at the prison complex in the Tucson, Whetstone unit, which houses 1,250 inmates. He oversees a staff that supervises weekly inmate activities that involve work, education, programs, approved visitation and phone privileges and the grievance process. He also enforces policies and procedures that are enforced with all staff and inmates. "Leadership and teamwork are two very important components," Lundberg said in relation to his success in his current role. "Experience and training also contributes to my current position, along with moral integrity."
With intentions of becoming deputy warden within the next year, Lundberg is active in his community as a member of the Arizona Corrections/Cops Association. He is also the recipient of numerous awards, including a Leadership/Team Work Award through the Department of Corrections, and several Employee of the Month and Employee of the Quarter Awards during his time with Arizona Department of Corrections. He's completed a number of training courses, including classifications, programs instructor, PACE and the Correctional Manager Academy. Danial is a member and volunteers for Central Christian Church and enjoys going camping in his free time.
