- Monroe, LA (1888PressRelease) February 25, 2011 - Damon K. Nailer, Motivational Speaker and Author, has been selected as an Honored Member of the Biltmore Who's Who Executive and Professional Registry. The selection recognizes Damon K. Nailer's commitment to excellence in the field of Public Speaking and Writing.
Nailer, a graduate of the University of Louisiana with a BA Degree in Education, licensed business owner and ordained minister, recently published his first book.
The Expert Cleaners, Inc. owner, music speaker and motivational speaker released an eBook version of his book, The Great Taste of Success, in 2010 (originally written and released in 2005), which has quickly become one of his greatest accomplishments. "The purpose of writing this book was to provide inspiration and direction to its readers," he said. Taking about four months of persistent determination, Nailer said it was a true labor of love, saying, "Writing just comes easily especially when the information is based on wisdom obtained through my own personal lifetime experiences." The book contains fifty proverbs accompanied by matching stories that provide wisdom and insight on personal enhancement, spiritual growth, destiny, positive thinking and success. It is the first of a three-volume trilogy.
The public speaker has been creating speeches since 2004, delivering them to audiences at elementary and high schools, colleges, juvenile correctional facilities, religious institutions, conferences, workshops and business seminars on his successes in the business world. "My experiences as a teacher, ordained minister, non-profit board chairman and business owner has given me the opportunity to share principles of success and relationships, team building and academic achievement," Nailer said.
Hoping to expand his speaking audience to a global stage, Nailer also aspires to complete the next two books in his trilogy series, write a book on relationships and a children's book. "I have always been inspired to be a role model, to inspire and educate others and to make a positive difference in society," he added.
Currently, Nailer is a talk show host for a show called Motivating the Masses. He is a past member of Toastmasters International and also served as board chairman from 2005-09 for RENEWAL, Inc. a non-profit organization. He is actively involved with Alpha Lambda Delta and Lighthouse Church Ministries.
