Biltmore Who's Who Selects Chris L. Gannaway as a Professional Member of the Executive and Professional Registry

- Fort Worth-Arlington, TX (1888PressRelease) April 17, 2012 - Chris L. Gannaway, Teacher at West Mesquite High School, has been selected as an Executive Member of the Biltmore Who's Who Executive and Professional Registry.
Gannaway, is a graduate of Marion High School of Marion, Texas, and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Baylor University, began teaching English and Reading twelve years ago after substitute teaching for six months to get his foot in the door.
Starting out as a third grade teacher, Gannaway now teaches high schools students and also serves as the school's baseball coach. Most importantly though, his biggest challenge is in molding young minds and making them into more productive members of society by teaching them values and responsibility, and giving them the knowledge they need to succeed not only in school but in life as well.
Crediting family and a number of teachers throughout his life for guiding him down the right path, Gannaway said, "The twelve years that I have been teaching and coaching throughout the Dallas and Fort Worth area have given me the experience that I needed to become the professional I am today. I believe that every little experience that I've encountered has made me stronger."
Aspiring to continue teaching at the same capacity, Gannaway also dreams of becoming the State Champion baseball team coach, a goal he's had since he began coaching baseball in 2000.
Gannaway is a member of Association of Texas Professional Educators and Texas High School Coaches Association and Texas High School Baseball Coaches Association. When he isn't busy teaching or coaching, he enjoys watching and attending Baylor University sporting events and spending quality time with his family.
