Biltmore Who's Who Selects Carol Pemrich-Hauser as an Honored Member of the Executive and Professional Registry

- Green Bay, WI (1888PressRelease) January 17, 2012 - Carol Pemrich-Hauser, Service Department Supervisor at Boston, Inc., has been selected as an Honored Member of the Biltmore Who's Who Executive and Professional Registry. The selection recognizes Carol Pemrich-Hauser's commitment to excellence in Retail Customer Service.
Pemrich-Hauser, who holds a BS in Operations Management and Communications from Marian University, who has spent the last four years with her current company, has been working in her field for most of her career.
As supervisor for the service department of a furniture retail organization, Pemrich-Hauser spends most of her time speaking with customers, handling any issues they may have and scheduling technicians to do repairs for them. She orders and receives parts, routes technicians schedules daily and communicates with all employees to ensure that any problems are resolved as quickly as possible.
"Customer service requires a person to listen, be creative with solutions, and to work quickly to get things done," Pemrich-Hauser explained.
With a main goal of helping her company with both internal and external communication issues as it continues to grow and expand, Pemrich-Hauser says it is her top priority to help them become a leader in the industry.
Pemrich-Hauser is also the owner of K&C Design Originals, a jewelry business where she creates one-of-a-kind pieces. Her partner Karen and she sell their pieces at a local salon and are currently designing a website. They purchase their beads both online and in regional areas.
A member and past volunteer coordinator of Green Bay Botanical Gardens, Pemrich-Hauser is also an active member of the Wisconsin Fellowship of Poets, where she served as a regional vice-president for a year and a half. She has also volunteered her free time in the past with Big Brothers and Big Sisters. When Carol isn't busy working or volunteering, she enjoys writing prose and reading poetry,
