Biltmore Who's Who Selects Beverly J. Shilling as an Honored Member of the Executive and Professional Registry

Shilling, Intimates Category Manager for Victoria's Secret, has been selected as an Honored Member of the Biltmore Who's Who Executive and Professional Registry. The selection recognizes Beverly J. Shilling's commitment to excellence in Retail.
Shilling, who boasts over forty years in retail, began working for the very well-known intimate apparel store in November of 2006. With experience in all aspects of retail she was excited to get back into the clothing and apparel aspect of the business.
Currently, Shilling coaches and develops associates through trainings and teaching proper fittings, promotes salesmanship and maintains and updates floor store sets and seasonal sets. She also works hard to create an exceptional customer experience within the store and teaches her employees to do the same.
"Listening, interacting and understanding our customers' wants and needs has allowed our store to consistently and effectively compete in this market and within our company," Shilling said. "We take their imperfections and make them unimportant again."
Hoping to continue developing her craft by providing as much knowledge to both the industry and to the consumer, Shilling is excited for a long career ahead of her with such a reputable company.
Shilling volunteers with Good Samaritan Clinic in her free time and also volunteers and donates with Susan G. Komen for the Cure and US Veterans. Beverly also enjoys shopping and doing fundraisers for charitable causes.
