Biltmore Who's Who Selects Amanda "AJ" Kerr as an Honored Member of the Executive and Professional Registry

The selection recognizes Amanda "AJ" Kerr's commitment to excellence in Healthcare.
Kerr, who holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration from East Carolina University, began working in her field in October 2006 at the front desk of a local clinic.
Currently, Kerr answers and resolves patient billing questions and issues, makes sure their charges were filed to the correct insurance in a timely manner, making sure self-pay and insurance payments are posted correctly, and more recently, reviewing patients' accounts for possible turnover to a collection agency.
Having had basic training in medical claims and billing through US Career Institute, Kerr learned the fundamentals of physician billing. She has since learned many other functions of the office and take on more and more responsibility.
"I have been blessed to work for such a great company who is willing to work with me and help me achieve the climb into the management field," Kerr said.
Hoping to move from supervisor into a management position for her organization, Kerr is also considering starting her own physician medical billing company in the future. She is currently a member at Marietta Church of Christ, and she is a strong supporter of March of Dimes. When AJ isn't busy working, she enjoys reading, 4-wheeling and spending quality time with her family.
