Biltmore Who's Who Selects Alisha Bethoulle as an Honored Member of the Executive and Professional Registry

Bethoulle, who is currently pursuing her BBA at Strayer University, began working for her current organization in 2006. She's been working in the industry since the young age of fourteen, beginning at a pawn shop with her father and later for Dick's Sporting Goods and Walmart before working for Costco.
In her role, Bethoulle handles all bank deposits, keying register totals, totaling receipts and rebates, processing insufficient fund checks, operating the intranet, acting as cashier, and assisting in member services and other areas of the warehouse. She has also gotten her hands wet in sales audits and payroll and has cross-trained in numerous other store departments.
"I always thought that experience in the retail industry was a good start," Bethoulle said about her budding career. "It was fate when my dad and uncle asked me to help out at the pawn shop because I did very well. I was able to multitask and do many things that I never knew I was capable of."
With anticipation of graduating with her bachelor's degree within the next three years, Bethoulle hopes to continue on toward her master's in health services administration, due to her strong interest in the medical field. She has volunteered with numerous nursing homes and hospitals and is confident that she will still be serving her community by doing something that she loves and has a passion for.
Bethoulle is the recipient of an Employee of the Month Award in 2010 through Costco and has held several other certifications during her tenure with the company. She is food safety certified and HAZMAT procedures certified. She volunteers as a Costco sponsor and with the homeless and blind in her local community.
