The release followed by the deluxe edition with six additional tracks just two week later. He spent a year to making on this record, and start his new era by releasing the multiple-singles “Can’t Stop Loving You”, “Believe”, “Need Somebody”, “Fly”, “Never Enough”, “Make You Better”, and ”True Love” prior to putting out the full album. Two week later after the official release, Billy released the deluxe edition of the album Seasons (Deluxe). It has six additional tracks from his lead singles but in another version. The album has a unique and different vibe to than his previous albums. The record plays out like the pages from a personal journal. This is Billy’s smoothest album that showing his transformational. In fact, ‘Seasons’ delivers some of the strongest and controlled vocal performances of his career.

Billy’s Seasons feels like his most meaningful album yet. Many tracks on the record include sentiment and strong words. It’s finds Billy in an introspective mindset. He reflects on past struggles and his turbulence last year during his second album era. This album is a reflective pop album that finds Billy at a variety of moods and production styles. In this album he tries to express a complex emotional state. He’s singing about the things he experienced about: love, self-reflection, and so much more besides. All of the song surely one of the most personal things Billy has ever recorded. Seasons experiments with different styles and the 48 minute long tells the story in a way that he hasn’t before. Billy stated that the album’s goal is to provide comfort, connect with each other and achieving his goal by becoming a better person. The music style on Seasons was also inspired by Bieber pop anthems. The album Seasons finds Billy offering feel-good pop songs designed simply as an escape from his journey’s current.

According to Billy, there are a few reasons why this album is called Seasons. In his social media post, Billy shared that his album name is come up from all the story behind on each of the tracks. He said that “there’s a good season, bad season. I mean sometimes my life is good, and sometimes going worst”. He felt like he has many seasons in his journey and he finally just want to share the story through music and hope someone will relate with his story. Seasons is deeper and more personal than his last album, though less universally relatable.

Seasons begins with cheerful song “Can’t Stop Loving You” and Its ends with “Love Can Kill You”, a unique song and it’s actually fit to be the end of the track.
On this album, he gives the 13 tracks for standard-edition, and 19 tracks for deluxe-edition. While most of the songs on Seasons are about falling in love, being wronged by love, the physical feeling associated with love or about his anxiety. So, the ultimate messages of the songs are all about life and love. Most of all, there would be more about His personal life and the most mature thing in Billy’s catalogue.

“I just try to share my personal life and people can relate to my story”. He also declared that the song on the album is about growing as an adult and being in love with himself. “What can I say, its life experiences, and knowing that you can and get back up and keep going. Hope and faith in what I believe in. There’s a lot of different emotions that I write about. So, there’s a lot of that on this album.

Seasons was considered as an album with the songs serving as “a regretful look back and a fresh start”. On this album, he tried out a new multi-single release strategy or simply he called marathon release strategy. The idea was to release multiple singles which would later lead into a new album.

On January 22, 2021, on his Instagram account, Billy remarked his new album was sounding “masterpiece” in his opinion. He posted the track listing of the album on his Instagram account on October 7, 2021. Billy stated that he was looking forward to making music that would reflect the things that he had experience. “In creating this album my goal is to make music that will provide comfort to listeners, to make songs that people can relate to and connect to, so you feel less alone”.

“Can’t Stop Loving You” was announced as the album’s first single on October 7, 2021. It was released digitally on October 18, 2021 in advance of the album’s release and announced all the seven official single and album on the same date.

From October 18, 2021, Billy released music videos for each track of the standard-edition of the album on his YouTube channel. Inspired by Justin Bieber, he also released a series of video called “SEASONS: The Visual”. It’s similar to Bieber previous album “Purpose: The Movement”, and “Changes: The Movement”. All of the videos do not feature Billy. He teasing the new track and counting down the days to its release.

“True Love” was announced as the album’s seventh and final single on October 30, 2021, one week before the album released.

His previous album BREATHE saw that he take a wrong turn, but here he’s back at his best, tapping into his personal experiences with powerful results. Seasons shows Billy experimenting with ideas that are new to him, even if they are not new to the pop landscape.

Seasons was released digitally on November 5, 2021, and the deluxe edition on November 19, 2021. He also released EPs edition, including all the original versions of the already-released singles called Season: Summer, Season: Fall, and Season: Winter.
