Bill Heck Named NACD-Colorado Board Chairman
Bill Heck has been named Chairman of the Board of the Colorado Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD).

Managing principal of the Harlon Group, Heck specializes in developing and designing performance and compensation plans for staff, boards of directors and executive leadership teams. He is a former senior consultant with both Arthur Andersen and the Hay Group, and served as Chief People Officer for both National Jewish Health and the Hospital Corporation of America. Heck is an independent director on the board of a private manufacturing firm that develops fire retardant products for the aircraft industry. He earned business and human resources administration degrees from the University of Colorado, and is a founding member of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of Human Resource People & Strategy.
