Big Bear Chamber Denim & Diamonds Fundraiser Scheduled for March 8th Features Recording Artist Brent Payne
The Big Bear Chamber of Commerce will host a fundraiser gala, Denim & Diamonds on March 8, 2014. The upscale event will feature recording artist Brent Payne.
- Riverside-San Bernardino, CA (1888PressRelease) March 01, 2014 - The Big Bear Chamber of Commerce (BBCOC) annual gala, Denim & Diamonds will take place beginning at 5:00pm on Saturday, March 8, 2014 at North Woods Resort (40650 Village Dr) in Big Bear Lake, California.
The annual gala is a major fundraiser for the 501(c)6 organization established in 1947 as the leading business association for the Big Bear resort area. The BBCOC is an assertive, independent advocate of business interests of its diverse membership and exercises its influence valley-wide, regionally, and beyond, to create a strong local economy.
Big Bear Chamber Executive Director, Pam Scannell said, "This year our annual will feature the music of recording artist Brent Payne so the community and members will enjoy this upscale event while helping fund our continued efforts to create a stronger local economy."
A country boy from the heart of Oklahoma, Brent Payne received the Best Country Song of The Year Award (2012) and is a favorite at a variety of venues. Payne has performed at such notable events such as the National Finals Rodeo, the Pro Bull Rider World Finals, NASCAR, and even for the PGA.
The BBCOC Denim & Diamonds gala will begin with a silent auction, drinks, snacks, and attendee photography by Millener Productions followed by dinner of Filet Mignon or vegetarian pasta. There will also be an ongoing raffle, dessert auction, live auction and dancing in the main ballroom.
The Big Bear Chamber is accepting sponsorships at all levels and auction donations from the business community are being accepted for both the live and silent auctions. This event is always a sell out so advanced purchases are encouraged.
