Beth Carroll Joins Varicent Executive Team as VP, Customer Success
Former Director of Global Services brings significant experience and passion for customer success to new role.
- (1888PressRelease) March 24, 2011 - Toronto, ON - Varicent Software Incorporated, the leading innovator and provider of incentive compensation and sales performance management (SPM) solutions, announced today that former Director of Global Services, Beth Carroll, has been promoted to the position of VP, Customer Success. In this newly created role, Carroll will manage both the Customer Support and Hosting groups and will work directly with these teams to ensure the continued delivery of high quality service and customer care.
Carroll brings considerable experience to this role, having worked with large and complex projects and a wide range of organizations and industries. Carroll has insight into managing customer relationships at an executive level and her participation on the management team will provide a more focused voice for customers.

Prior to her work at Varicent, Carroll served as VP, CRM Applications at Oracle Corporation, and before that, as VP, Financial Management Systems at PeopleSoft Inc.
