BET Music Matters Artist Austin Brown to Host Premiere of The Bout, a Sterling G. Davis Film
Star Studded Movie Premiere of the New Film The Bout Proves to be a Hollywood Mega Hit.
- Los Angeles-Long Beach, CA (1888PressRelease) July 22, 2013 - BET Music-Matters recording artist Austin Brown hosts the premiere of Xpressvision Filmworks, FTP Productions, and Sterling G. Davis latest masterpiece an inspirational and funny film entitled The Bout at the Celebrity Centre International.
This hybrid stage/screenplay is about a man's fight with his longtime nemesis, one we all know well: doubt. This epic battle between faith and doubt will attack and test this man's faith to its utmost limits. During this hilarious, inspirational struggle, three spirits and a host of unlikely characters help restore his faith and revitalize his will to live, proving that there's always hope if you never stop believing.
Davis wrote the screenplay more than 20 years ago then produced and directed a debut stage play in October of 2011. The Bout Screenplay success and popular demand brought it back in April 2012. From there, Davis teamed up with fellow writer and director Quake and FTP Productions to produce The Bout Movie.
The Bout plans to debut in other cities and is seeking hosts. Readers may request to bring The Bout movie or stage play to their city and host a screening event at their local theater.

Red carpet and celebrity interviews followed by live entertainment by Medina Lester, Ed Pruitt, and Winni Thompson will be performing songs from "The Bout" movie soundtrack with a guest performance from gospel comedian Flossie Mae.
Sterling G. Davis is an American record producer and filmmaker whose credits include writing and producing for American R&B singer Montell Jordan, Robin Thicke, Sam Salter, Victoria Beckham aka Posh Spice and Austin Brown to name a few. Davis served as a composer for UPN/CBS Corporation and his songs and music have been featured on numerous shows including Americas's Top Model, the hit series Everybody Hates Chris, the hit UPN/CW series Girlfriends, UPN sitcoms One on One and Half & Half, CSI Miami, The Game, and many more.
Austin "Auggie" Brown is an American musician and the youngest child of singer Rebbie Jackson, of the famous Jackson musical family.
