About the speakers
Susan Hancock - Head, Instructional Design and Customer Development, AIB International
Susan Hancock leads the development of performance improvement services, products and platforms at AIB International. Most recently, in partnership with MetricStream, she has managed the implementation of AIBI's Automated Quality Management System (AQMS) which facilitates the collection and distribution of food safety data from a multitude of audit schemes for a multitude of clients. Susan has over 15 years of experience in the IT space specializing in Systems Analysis and Design, Instructional Design, Process Modeling, and Implementation of Integrated Talent Management Systems. She has worked for Accenture, Oracle, SumTotal Systems and Hewitt Associates, among others. Some of her many clients have been: the Government of Puerto Rico, McKesson, Bank of Montreal and Sun Microsystems.
Susan has a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Columbia University, and an MBA in Information Systems from the University of Oklahoma.
Keri Dawson - Vice President of ComplianceOnline Advisory Services, MetricStream
Keri was formerly a Director with KPMG and has over 14 years of consulting experience in audit, risk, controls, and compliance. She led KPMG's Oracle GRC practice from 2009 to 2011, and has been active in the governance, risk and compliance domain for over a decade. Keri's delivery portfolio includes system implementations, internal audit and regulatory compliance services, external audits and attestation services, IT strategy and risk assessments, and performance improvement projects. She has substantial experience leading and coordinating IT-enabled transformation engagements across numerous industries, with a focus on the global consumer markets and technology sectors. She is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and a Project Management Professional (PMP).
