Tim will discuss how to use portfolio management to accommodate for the old and new economy, and pursue strategic goals, and how to utilise the benefits of a low rate environment.
Philip Van Ginderachter, Head of Project Finance at KBC Bank, will provide event attendees with updates on the Limmel and Beatrix PPP projects that are currently in financial close. Philip will compare the projects financing structure, challenges faced, and lessons learned. This case study will also highlight the current state of PPP procurement in the Netherlands and tailoring in an evolving standardised approach.
Ewout Krijger, Executive Director for Infrastructure and Project Finance at Rabobank, will speak on Ijmuiden sea lock expansion under PPP and managing stakeholders for PPP success. Ewout will discuss the wants and needs of different stakeholders, and what success means for each party involved.
