By successfully establishing key connections, benefitsCONNECT® has gained traction in the market as one of the nation's premier providers of voluntary products.
As the Regional Sales Manager, Mr. Ealy is taking the lead on expanding the development of benefitsCONNECT®'s voluntary benefits strategy and carrier partnerships. He will be the in-house subject matter expert for voluntary benefits and will be utilizing his industry experience to work closely with carrier representative to continue to provide our business partners and clients a competitive edge in the marketplace. With his expertise, Mr. Ealy will also provide great insights on best practices guidance in product deployment processes, marketing/communication, and product placement while leveraging benefit technology to help drive participation, revenue and overall consumer satisfaction.
Mr. Ealy began his voluntary benefits career by building out Managing General Agency with Key Benefit Administrators in Indianapolis. He was also subsequently recruited by Anthem/Wellpoint to build out a new voluntary benefits platform for dental, vision, life & disability nationally. He was named the Voluntary Benefits Practice Leader for AIG Benefit Solutions. Prior to his arrival at benefitsCONNECT®, Mr. Ealy co-founded Dimension Benefits - an agency dedicated to helping brokers and employers connect best-in-class products, services and technology to deliver innovative employee benefit solutions that are engineered to work together and tailored to meet specific industry needs.
