- Dallas, TX (1888PressRelease) November 05, 2015 - Both join the firm from the Dallas office of Husch Blackwell LLP, where they were partners. Including Hosford and McLaughlin, Bell Nunnally has added eight attorneys in 2015.
"We are pleased to add these talented lawyers and expand our client services," said Bell Nunnally Managing Partner James Skochdopole. Active in the community, Hosford was 2013-14 chair, and is a current member of the executive board of "Big Thought," a nonprofit serving area children, families and teachers with programs designed to close the opportunity gap in education through creative learning. She is also a past chair of the CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Network Foundation, and past president and "Honorary Life Member" of CREW - Dallas. Hosford has been honored with the organization's "Outstanding Achievement Award" and CREW Network's "Impact Award." She is a graduate of SMU Dedman School of Law (J.D., 1979), Clarke College (B.A., 1968) and attended the Oberlin College Conservatory of Music (1965).

She represents Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), including medical office building REITs and storage REITs. McLaughlin also represents individuals in their real estate investment property needs.
McLaughlin brings a unique perspective to her real estate practice, having served as chief arborist for the City of Dallas and participated in planning and development conversations as part of the city's Sustainable Development and Construction Department prior to transitioning to the private sector. Active in the community, McLaughlin is on the board of CREW - Dallas, where she is currently director over the programs committee. She is a past recipient of CREW's "Future Vision Award" and one of the co-founders of CREW's Austin chapter.
