Users will now be able to link directly from inside the LMS to their LinkedIn, Facebook or Twitter profile.
Functionalities include editing of a student's or teacher's profile, sending messages and invitations, and creating groups inside the portal. These features come in addition of the already existing chat and forums modules, making Chamilo a revolutionary and all-in-one solution for learning and communications.
These features highly facilitate communication between students and teachers, allowing them not to resort to traditional email. It also makes the learning environment more enjoyable and improves student retention, since many students have been logging onto the platform during the weekends.
