Bee Empowered Incorporated is excited about closing out another incredible year with the Celebration of Hope Gala and the official name change of I Bleed Pink.org to the Empowered Life Cancer Network. Bee Empowered along with new partners Solis Health and the Arlington Cancer Center are elated about the launch of this new network and continuing the mission of saving lives through the power of prevention.

The Empowered Life Cancer Network is a Cancer Awareness Prevention initiative that started as a committed challenge by Founder Demi Austin-Thomas, to save lives and empower minority communities on the importance of early cancer detection. Demi decided to commit herself to this initiative nearly 3 years ago after deciding enough was enough of seeing the loss of so many lives cut short of this horrible disease, when this disease could have been detected early to save a life.
"Losing another wife, mother or sister due to cancer should no longer be an option especially when there are so many preventative options. We have to keep this from killing another loved one and solve the problem by preventing it in the first place," says Demi Austin-Thomas.
The Empowered Life Cancer Network is strongly committed to the task of educating and empowering lives through the Power of Prevention and Hope one life at a time. ELCN also offers assistance with the following services: diagnostics, general health screenings, prostate exams, mammograms, sonograms, biopsies, treatment, surgery, oncology (chemotherapy), radiation treatment and counseling services.
