With the demolition permit being approved by the City of Surfside, construction will begin with immediate effect. The new sales center across the street from the property on 94th street and Collins will also open its doors this month.
Presence of world class architect and creator Richard Meier at the demolition event at the Beach House Hotel has officially marked the beginning of the construction process. Mr. Meier was joined by the project’s architect of record Kobi Karp, one of America’s most distinguished interior architects. The Beach House Designed By Richard Meier will feature 101 units with prices starting at $1.5 million. Completion of the construction is estimated no later than the 2nd quarter of 2009.
