Now I went and added money to my account and noticed that the companies above, were charging $2-$5 per click for top 3 spots in a general run, not on the main url page.
This is a major problem for both the advertiser and the publisher. The advertiser like me or Coke Cola or etc, will spend money on ads, that first have about a 5-30% click fraud known fact from Google stats.
