BCF India Launches New Extrusion Plant
The plant for this project is being brought in from Spain and the financial arrangement are being done with Kotak Bank.
- (1888PressRelease) November 28, 2010 - Brass Copper Fittings India which has been known for manufacturing of Brass and Copper fittings like Brass fasteners Copper terminals Cable glands conduit fittings hose barbs Brass moulding inserts etc ( http://www.brass-copper-fittings.com/products.htm ) with exports to 34 countries and a turnover of 14 mn US$ has planned to augments up its operations in India by adding a new non ferrous metal extrusion unit for Brass, Bronze and Copper rods/ingots/ billets with a capacity for 450 tons/month. The commercial production will begin in about 3 months from now and the focused market is USA. Copper and Bronze ingots and billets are used for metal casting worldwide by Brass ,Copper ,Bronze and non ferrous metal foundries. Brass hexagonal and round rods are used for machining worldwide for various engineering applications like hydraulics, pneumatics, fastening, electrical, electronics etc. Non ferrous metal industry is growing at good pace and the company sees year on year growth of about 15% for next 3
years.
Mr. Mayur shah the managing director of the company is positive to make profits in the very first year and foresees a sales target of 40 Mn USD in the very first year. The company may plan an addition CNC machining unit after a year for which an IPO can be considered for financing purpose. A bridge-gap financing may be worked out till then.
