BCA's Electronic Medical Record System Complies with Updated 2011 Certification Criteria.
- Atlanta, GA (1888PressRelease) February 18, 2011 - The Certification Commission for Health Information Technology (CCHIT®) announced that BCA's (Business Computer Applications, Inc.) electronic medical record system-PEARL® EMR Version 7-is premarket conditionally CCHIT Certified® and ePrescribing Conditionally Certified for 2011.

The Certification Commission for Health Information Technology's inspection process is based on real-life medical scenarios designed to test products rigorously against the complex needs of health care providers. As part of the process, successful use is verified at live sites.
