Baxter Brooks Continues With Agent Expansion
Baxter Brooks Real Estate, based in Corpus Christi, TX, is continuing with plans to expand the brokerage by bringing on new agents and working with already established agents.
- Corpus Christi, TX (1888PressRelease) August 15, 2012 - Baxter Brooks Real Estate continues to expand its Corpus Christi operation by attracting numerous mid-career, established agents.
Some of Baxter Brooks' recent additions were Julie Hominick-Conway, Jacqueline Callahan, and Armando Bass. Hominick-Conway has been an agent for 12 years, Callahan for 11, and Bass for 17. Throughout their established careers, they have each learned to be adaptable in the continually changing real estate market.
"At Baxter Brooks, I am finally learning the technology realtors need in today's market. The whole experience has been very positive and rewarding," Hominick-Conway said.
Keeping up with technology is important, especially since the majority of homebuyers and sellers begin their searches for new homes and realtors online. However, upon joining Baxter Brooks, agents are able to focus on serving their clients, since the agency focuses on providing its agents both the technology and the training required to use it effectively in the market.
"They (Baxter Brooks) offer regular training and support and are continually looking for ways to improve our company, our agents, and customer care," Callahan said.
"There are many companies in town that aren't addressing some of the things that are going on here," Bass said. "I come up with ideas that'll help me get a little more of an edge and Baxter Brooks pitches in to help me make it happen."
Baxter Brooks Real Estate is dedicated to giving clients the highest quality real estate experiences in South Texas and providing them with knowledgeable and eager agents. With headquarters in Corpus Christi, Baxter Brooks operates satellite offices with a growing number of agents in Austin, Dallas, Houston and San Antonio.
