Brad Spagnolo, M.D., Director of Refractive Surgery Services at Baltimore Washington Eye Center added, "Dr. McKay is an Optometrist and Contact Lens Specialist who received his undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University and earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Salus University in Philadelphia. Dr. McKay completed his residency at the Veterans Administration Medical Center (VAMC) in Wilmington, Delaware where he provided clinical eye care including the diagnosis and therapeutic management of ocular diseases including pre and post-operative management of cataract surgery, eye exams for diabetic eye disease, age related macular degeneration (AMD) and glaucoma as well as being a clinical care team member in rheumatology and neurology.
