Balke Brown Transwestern Takes Awards for St. Louis Luxury Apartments
Managers and properties awarded at annual SLAA Rising Star Banquet.

The annual awards banquet was held on April 25 this year in St. Louis. Guests included event and SLAA sponsors, awards nominees, and many others from the St. Louis apartment and rental property community.
Balke Brown Transwestern had several nominees for various awards, including Cassidy Grey for Leasing Specialist of the Year, Raul Adams, Nick Brown, and Nicole Repking for Property Manager of the Year, and Parkway Lakeside Apartment Homes and The Villas at Crystal Lake for Property of the Year, among others.
At the banquet, Raul Adams of Pointe 400 was named Property Manager of the Year for properties of 1-200 units and Parkway Lakeside Apartment Homes was awarded Property of the Year for properties of 1-400 units.
