Baker & McKenzie Launches New Employee Benefits Website In Conjunction With Thomsons Online Benefits
Baker & McKenzie, the leading global law firm, has launched a new employee benefits website for its 800 UK employees, in conjunction with Thomsons Online Benefits using their Darwin platform.
- (1888PressRelease) May 03, 2012 - Baker & McKenzie's scheme, called "BakerBenefits", was put in place to provide a more efficient, user friendly and streamlined way of administering and communicating the reward package to employees.
The new scheme which is immediately available to new joiners, enables employees to select from a wide range of employee benefits including pension, private medical insurance, dental insurance, travel insurance and gym subsidy. It also promotes the additional services that the Firm offers which include an on-site doctor's surgery, emergency childcare, on-site yoga and concierge services.
