Bakaric To Release Debut EP On November 4, 2014
Jon-Paul Bakaric of Strange Vacation, The Boys Of Summer, and That Was Something debuts solo EP titled The Reign Of The New Me Pt. 1.
- Detroit, MI (1888PressRelease) October 31, 2014 - Michigan-based vocalist, songwriter, and guitarist Jon-Paul Bakaric will release his debut solo record, The Reign Of The New Me Pt. 1, on November 4, 2014.
Using the aptly named moniker, Bakaric, Jon-Paul assumes the role of frontman after spending years as a founding member of Detroit bands Strange Vacation, The Boys Of Summer, and That Was Something.
"This is an album for anyone who has ever reached rock bottom and had to reinvent themselves, piece by piece, brick by brick, day by day," says Bakaric.
The EP is the first of a two-part release, and includes the first single, "Surrender," which features former bandmate, Josh Waldorf.
Jon-Paul produced the record and will release the companion EP, The Reign Of The New Me Pt. 2, in early 2015.
The Reign Of The New Me Pt. 1 will be available on digital retailers and streaming services worldwide.
