Badminton World Federation Super Series 2011 Licensed Exclusively To One World Sports For U.S. Television
One World Sports has secured the exclusive U.S television rights to the OSIM Badminton World Federation (BWF) World Superseries 2011. According to the terms of an agreement with Total Sports Asia, the BWF's exclusive media and marketing partner, One World Sports will present all 2011 tournaments in English on television, as well as on broadband and mobile.
- (1888PressRelease) March 29, 2011 - DALLAS and KUALA LAMPUR -The BWF World Superseries launched a two-tier series circuit in 2010. This year's 12 tournaments will include both the Premier Series and the Superseries. The total prize money in 2011 is $4,250,000 and the successful players will qualify for the Superseries Final held this December. Event locations include: Tokyo, Seoul, Jakarta, Paris and other global locations.
