Ayala Land steps up presence in North America
Ayala Land's maiden event in the state is in line with ALISI's ongoing objective to widen its global network, in order to help bring Ayala Land's complete portfolio of real estate projects closer to overseas buyers.

Through its international sales and marketing arm Ayala Land Sales International Inc. (ALISI), the company recently held its very first event in Houston, Texas last February 28 at the Four Points by Sheraton hotel.
ALISI sales manager Bob Bayona led the engagement, tackling the qualifications, requirements and procedures to be an accredited broker or marketing partner of Ayala Land International Sales. Most importantly, Bayona discussed the rewarding experience that partnering with the company brings, such as attractive incentives.
Among the ALISI marketing partners in attendance were Sandy Laran, Lerma Sampang, Ed Sulit, and Emil Zaporteza.
Following the marketing event, a project briefing was also held on March 21 at the Crowne Plaza Houston Galleria introducing the The Montane high-rise condominium development by Avida in the emerging business district of Bonifacio Global City in Taguig.
Avida is Ayala Land's brand for residential projects that cater to upwardly mobile individuals and young families.
The launch event included a timely outlook on the Philippine property market and overall economy by Manny Arbues, ALISI regional head for North America.
Filipinos in Texas can definitely look forward to more marketing and sales events from Ayala Land as it launches more new projects and engages more brokers and real estate professionals in its international sales network.
