Axience Announces the Appointment of Ryan McGovern as a Senior Advisor to the Company
Ryan McGovern, a Partner at Ember Capital LLP, has agreed to become a non-executive Senior Advisor to Axience.

Its key clients include leading investment banks, asset management firms, hedge funds, private equity firms, corporates and consultancies.
Mr. McGovern's appointment comes at a time when Axience is growing at a rapid pace and strengthening its brand as a global provider of research and analytics services. Mr. McGovern joined Nomura in February 2005 to focus on the origination, execution and monitoring of mezzanine and other subordinated debt investments as one of the founding members of a Nomura-sponsored European mezzanine fund business (now operating as Ember Capital). He has been involved in making numerous mezzanine and other subordinated debt investments in private equity owned companies across Europe and for monitoring those investments for the fund. Mr. McGovern joined Nomura from AIG-MezzVest, another European mezzanine fund where he also focused on investments in European leveraged buyout (LBO) transactions. Prior to AIG-MezzVest, his work experience included roles in corporate finance and M&A advisory in Europe at HSBC Investment Bank PLC and in the United States at Stephens Inc. Mr. McGovern has a BA from Vanderbilt University (USA) and did his MBA at HEC Paris (France) and London Business School (UK).
