Aviss Health Celebrates World Sleep Day with Camp Benefitting Many

Emphatically named "Snoring and Sleep Apnea Awareness Camp", the camp was held with a primary aim to spread awareness of the dangers of living with an untreated Sleep Disorder. As suggested by the name, the camp enlightened on the differences between common snoring and the highly dangerous Sleep Apnea, which can also turn life-threatening.
The camp received an overwhelming response and around 85 people were benefitted. Some of the services made available at the camp were Free Sleep Specialist Consultation by Dr. Himanshu Garg and Dr Pratibha Dogra, Free ENT evaluation, Free Sleep Apnea Screening, Counseling and mindfulness technique training by our Sleep Psychologist. "The encouraging feedback received from our satisfied patients keeps us motivated to do more such Sleep Disorders awareness camps", said Dr. Himanshu Garg.
