Avis Sponsors Sa's Largest Cycling Event
Avis is proud to announce its first year as the official car rental partner for the 2013 Cape Argus Pick 'n Pay Cycle Tour, which will see cyclists from around the world take over the scenic Cape route on 10 March 2013 and take part in the events 36th tour.
- (1888PressRelease) March 07, 2013 - Avis will be providing sponsored vehicles both during the build-up and during the event itself, which will also include three lead vehicles.
The sponsorship will include 15 dedicated Avis staff members, who will be available on the day to assist in managing a key water point for the cyclists - a great team building exercise for Avis staff in Cape Town, who will be assisting to keep 35 000 riders well hydrated.
Avis is also proud to be entering 30 cyclists into this year's race.
