Avila Business Centers opens a franchising network
The national company, expert in physical and virtual offices renting predicts the opening of the first centre in Oporto until the end of the year. In 2012 are to be followed Madeira and Luanda.

Aiming at the business consolidation in the national market, it is previewed the opening of a franchised business centre in Oporto city until December, broadening the concept afterwards, in 2012 to Madeira (Funchal) and Angola (Luanda).
The Oporto franchisor will be part of the eOffice network, which includes more 300 offices at a worldwide level, and of which Avila Business Centers is the representing in Portugal.

Location: city centre, on a prestige address (Prime Central Business District or Central Business District).
Building: of offices, modern both inside and outside; reception service and security inside the building if possible 24 hours a day. In alternative should be guaranteed the video surveillance outside working hours and on holidays/weekends;
Areas: between 180 and 400 m2;
Accessibility: easy Access by car, metro and parking in a 500 metres range.
