In this, the first book of the series, the focus is why it appears that common sense is so lacking, by examining some real life examples. From failures by parents and our educational system, to mass indoctrination by government leaders, it is a wonder any of us have learned to think for ourselves. Common Sense can only be attained by being a critical thinker.

The ultimate goal is to teach people to think for themselves. Too often we rely on what we hear from public figures, what we read on social media, or what we learned in school. This knowledge often does us a great disservice. Hopefully, this series is not only entertaining, but informative enough to have an impact on society as a whole.
