Many Grammy and TEC award winners emerged from these hallowed halls, and boy, if walls could talk, what tales these could tell.

The contest, created by The Deli's Editor-In-Chief Paolo DeGregorio, chose the "Year End Poll For Emerging Artists" winners from the myriad of entries, to best represent the most promising "Next Big Groups" and give them a leg-up with a cache of prizes. For the "Best of NYC 2012," the top three bands were awarded ten hours of free recording time in one of AVATAR's magnificent studios.

The winning bands are Foxygen, Spirit Family Reunion, and Ambassadors.
