After becoming a bitter recluse/mad scientist Gribble meets Phudd-the sleeper agent-and employee of Jaxson Travel Stop. When Phudd's employers-the McJoys-must flee, Gribble next invents Siccar Point II; a diamond planet which immediately appears to be 1 billion years old. Phudd confides in Gribble that he's carrying CIA codes, plans to overthrow the Middle East, and then... the United States! Phudd warns of a worldwide eugenics plan by the social elite to cull the "useless eaters" from worldwide societies, but also warns that he has been contacted by an alien who is about to put a hit out ON the social elite.
