CeCe Chapman born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana is twenty something years of age. She still resides in the New Orleans area but because of Katrina finds herself traveling all over the south to stay in touch with friends and family. She loves her Saints her family and her church not necessarily in that order. The love of writing became one of her favorite pastimes and emotional releases and any time she shared her writings with others they would comment on the quality and emotions that they invoked. This is her first publication and if we are blessed this won't be her last.
