Author and Learning Industry Entrepreneur Russell Sarder to Speak at "Conversation with Leaders" Event in NYC
Sarder, the CEO and Chairman of NetCom Learning, will discuss the success secrets of great leaders, the learning story of Steve Jobs and the latest learning technology.

He will be joined by the CEO of U.S. China Partners, Savio S. Chan who will present a question and answer panel.
As an author, learning industry thought leader and head of a multi-million dollar company Sarder has spent years researching how lifelong learning can impact people's lives and the essence to succeed in business. He takes his lead from some of the most successful business minds throughout history. At the event he will share the success secrets of these leaders he's admired, and lay out the path for becoming passionate about learning.
Sarder outlined many of these secrets in his book Learning: Steps to Becoming a Passionate Lifelong Learner. The book outlines eight steps to becoming a lifelong learner and the common thread that connects successful people like Bill Clinton, Jack Welch and Oprah Winfrey.
In his speech Sarder will discuss how that passion for lifelong learning helped him to build and grow his business and why he decided to build a learning empire to promote the value of lifelong learning and create a learning movement. He will also talk about the relevance of the learning movement to the success of such luminaries as Steve Jobs. He'll analyze Jobs' vision paved the way for technological transformation in how we learn with the birth of audio books, iPad, Kindle and learning videos.
Sarder will be joined at the event by Savio S. Chan, CEO of U.S. China Partners. Chan is a specialist in American and Chinese business relations, and facilitation of local and cross-border negotiations with multi-national and independent manufacturers. Chan is also the CEO of a chain of Microsoft Certified Education Centers, as well as the founder of the Top Ten Asian American Business Awards.
Chan is President of US Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce, Northeast Region, the largest Pan Asian Chamber of Commerce in the country with 26 years' history and over 8,000 members. He also serves as CEO of US China Partners, a bi-lateral trade consulting group headquartered in New York City.
