- (1888PressRelease) July 21, 2017 - Sydney – Krish Patel has been chosen to join a collection of Australia’s leading experts, to co-author the forthcoming book titled, “Think Big: How to Thrive in Life and Business in a Rapidly Changing World!”.
Krish Patel has been chosen to feature on the cover of the book alongside Arnold Schwarzenegger, who says “If you’re going to accomplish anything you have to think big and shoot for the stars. The biggest challenge most people face is they’re thinking small. I would still be in Austria yodeling in the Alps…I tell you…Think Big”.
Krish Patel graduated from The London School of Economics (LSE) with an honours degree in Management Science. After the LSE, Krish worked for Balfour Beatty Civil Engineering, Ernst & Young (EY) and the Virgin Group. In 2000 he came to Australia and is now a citizen.
In this upcoming book, for August 2017 release, Krish Patel shares his philosophy of positive thinking that helped him overcome adversity and the challenges of being left behind by his Indian parents in Kenya, where he was born. He had a tough upbringing, experiencing bullying, racism, and learning a new language. A hard work ethic meant he rose above all and started his journey that would eventually lead him to Australia.
Krish Patel has unbounded expertise and love for innovative companies and startups and all things to do with entrepreneurship He is now a partner in BDO’s Sydney office, the world’s fifth-largest accounting and advisory firm. He specialises in entrepreneurs and emerging companies. He specialises in indirect tax with a strong focus on helping emerging businesses grow by strategically applying digital transformation, innovation and other government incentives.
