Aujas Attains CERT-IN Empanelment Yet Again
Aujas - a leading Information Risk Management company - announced attaining the CERT-IN certification as an IT Security audit organization. The empanelment is another key milestone in the Aujas journey of helping clients manage information risk, protect sensitive data and enhance information value through service excellence and innovation.
- (1888PressRelease) October 18, 2012 - Indian Computer Emergency Response Team CERT-IN (www.cert-in.org.in) is a national initiative to tackle any emerging challenges in the area of Information security and country level security risks and vulnerabilities. CERT-IN is coordinated by the Department of Information Technology, Ministry of Communications and Information Technology and Government of India in cooperation with several agencies in the government academia and industry.
Ministry of Communication and IT has a mandate for maintaining quality and security standards for government and critical infrastructure organizations. The mandate states that all government websites and applications should be audited by CERT-IN empanelled partners. Aujas has been an empanelled auditor with them for the last three years and it is now empanelled again until August 2015.

CERT-IN empanelment is a rigorous process and consists of vulnerability assessment and penetration testing practical skills, hacking challenges, identifying, exploiting and reporting vulnerabilities followed by rounds of interview.
