Leving, Ltd. will be held Wednesday, October 22nd at 6:00 p.m. at 19 S. La Salle Street, Chicago. The lecture will provide essential information and analysis on the new Illinois guidelines affecting how spousal maintenance (formerly known as alimony) will be calculated.
Multiple award-winning matrimonial lawyer Scott A. Shell, and family law attorney Misty I. Gamino, winner of the prestigious Rising Star award, will be the featured presenters on the new spousal maintenance statute that comes into effect in 2015. Divorce attorneys in attendance will have the privilege in receiving valuable insight on this new law from these two leading attorneys.
