She has been helping entrepreneurs start their business and assists in growing businesses via private offerings, joint ventures, etc. With over 19 years of experience with corporate, securities, real estate, banking and estate administration matters, Jackie successfully wrote and published the book The Mini Legal Toolbox for Entrepreneurs and Small Business Owners which provides addresses entrepreneurs and small business owners with valuable tools needed not only to survive but thrive.
