- (1888PressRelease) May 17, 2011 - Salt Lake City, UT - Athlete/Entrepreneur Michael Steen has debuted a new website, replete with new photos and videos from his high-flying exploits in the realm of extreme sports: MikeSteen.com. Mike Steen's disciplines within airsports include skydiving, B.A.S.E. jumping, snow kiting, paragliding, speed flying, wingsuit proximity flying and kiteboarding -- often in combination. His stunts entertain crowds numbering in the thousands (over the span of six continents and more than a dozen countries) at air shows, demos and airsports events. As a Team Ozone pilot, Mike Steen may be seen in action in the multitude of Ozone demos and airshows scheduled in India, Germany, Nigeria, etc. for the 2011 season. Aside from the website release, Michael Steen is producing the wingsuiting documentary 'Birdmen: The Original Dream of Flight' (http://www.birdmenthemovie.com/home/), currently in production and scheduled to be completed in August 2010 for a premiere at the 2011 Banff Film Festival. The film chronicles the history of man's ancient desire to experience bird-like flight and illustrates the riveting sport of human flight from the wingsuiter's perspective.
