Atex Announces Two Executive Appointments
Atex Group Ltd., leading provider of software and services for media-rich industries, announces two key additions to its executive management team.
- (1888PressRelease) December 11, 2012 - Reading (UK) - These appointments strengthen Atex's position in EMEA and Asia Pacific markets as the company expands its product portfolio in industries seeking high performance, multi-channel content management, advertising and audience solutions.
Myles Rose joins Atex as Chief Executive Officer, EMEA. Myles brings to Atex a leadership background spanning more than 25 years, with a proven track record of business growth, transformation and operational excellence. Myles has worked in both publicly traded and private companies, most recently for eGain Communications, provider of customer engagement software for collaboration, insight and social media integration. Previously at Softlink, Myles focused on developing the company's EMEA operations for advanced content and knowledge management systems.
In the Asia Pacific region, Jerome Laredo is now Chief Executive Officer, APAC. This promotion expands Jerome's geographic responsibility to cover Australia and New Zealand, as well as Atex markets in Asia and the Pacific Rim. Based in Singapore, Jerome joined Atex in 2008. In his previous role as Atex VP of Sales Asia, Jerome spearheaded the expansion into emerging markets with a strong focus on digital products. Previously, Jerome held executive EMEA-based positions for Nstein Technologies, Teleglobe and Ixiasoft, where he was instrumental in building successful sales teams, developing efficient resellers' channels and winning new business.
Myles and Jerome report to Atex Group CEO, Gary Stokes. "These appointments emphasize our drive to grow the Atex business and deliver robust and professional sales leadership across our International operations," said Stokes.
