Atex announces first system go-lives at Bonnier Business Press
Atex achieves Content go-lives for BBP print editions.
- (1888PressRelease) August 01, 2012 - Leading global software company Atex has achieved its first Atex Content go-lives for print editions in Slovenia and Lithuania at Bonnier Business Press, part of the Bonnier Group, the largest media corporation in Scandinavia.
The main titles, 'Finance' in Slovenia and 'Verslo Zinios' in Lithuania, are the leading business daily newspapers in their respective regions, reporting on major national, economic and business news.
The go-lives represent an important milestone in a project which started at the end of last year. Atex will deliver print, digital, advertising and circulation systems, as well as business intelligence tools, finger printing and audience development solutions across six countries in Central and Eastern Europe. Each will be deployed as a full managed service, offering Bonnier a completely integrated solution, with streamlined processes and workflows.
The coming months will see further roll out of Atex Content for digital and additional print editorial titles, also migration to Atex Advertising and Audience in Slovenia and Lithuania, before the project moves on to implementation in Poland and Russia.
Bonnier Business Press previously employed a combination of in-house software, point solutions and manual workflows; but as a group with several media houses, it was important for the company to centralise its IT and normalise software across the business.
Jonas Bringle, Atex Managing Director, Scandinavia, comments: "We are delighted to be supporting Bonnier's processes, allowing them to focus on their main competencies."
