Astra Kulturhaus in Berlin, Germany Set To Rock With The Sounds Of Emergenza

(1888PressRelease) June 27, 2013 - In no time, the Astra has established itself as one of Berlin's premier event and party places. It brings to the city all of its hip artists. This winter coming bands like Maximo Park, Animal Collective or Two Door Cinema Club. The program is supplemented by regularly scheduled party ranks.

Emergenza is a rock festival for up and coming, unsigned rock bands. Emergenza is without a doubt the world's largest festival for unsigned bands, with concerts in more than 150 cities around the world. It features the best up and coming bands from across the globe. It is held in elimination rounds in different countries throughout the year. The bands that advance are selected by the audiences that hear them. Professional judges choose the winners at regional and final concerts.

Ten bands will take to Astra Kulturhaus' stage to compete in thirty minute sets of original music. Each bands goal is to win their country's finals and represent them in the international finals. The international final is held on August 11, 2013 at the Taubertal Open Air Festival. The bands lucky enough to make the international files will share the bill with some of rocks biggest stars. The overall winner will be crowned "The Best Band in the World!"

Scheduled to perform that night is: alternative rock band Slowmotion, alternative rock band bis jetzt noch nicht, alternative rock band Finalstair, crossover band Fat Princess, cross over band Katharis, electro pop rock band The Peters, funky soul band Radiokind, progressive metal band Universal Mind, rap and core band [Platzhalter!] and rock 90's band The Rihorns.
