A first tier tribunal judge has severely criticised the UK Charity Commission for serious errors during its 3 year long statutory inquiry into a UK Charity by ignoring numerous red flags and not following its own guidance in how to appoint trustees. The Commission had ignored serious issues and by its own admission effectively legitimised wrong doing by allowing a cash culture to persist.
